A Christmas Walk
15th December 2020 Those of ALD that were able to do so gathered for a socially distanced winter walk at Waterperry today, the sun was shining and the birds were singing, lovely to be out in the fresh air appreciating a stunning landscape.

1st December 2020 Christmas is upon us and I think you will agree these trees at the Kings Cross estate look beautiful. 8 years on and Granary Square is standing up to the test of time perfectly, creating an amazing backdrop
Granary Square Pavillion
6th November 2020 We are thrilled that the Granary Square Pavilion, King’s Cross, has been selected as the winner in the Placemaking category of the New London Awards and has been shortlisted for a Civic Trust award 2021. This project acts as a gateway to Coal Drops Yard and completes the corner of Granary Square as well as providing public lift access between Granary Square and Lower Stable Street.
Luma, Kings Cross
November 2020 The Kings Cross Estate are pleased to announce their first residents are now settling in at their latest residential development - Luma (formerly plot R3). It is a striking addition to the estate and They are really happy with the result. This has been no mean feat considering the challenges of 2020!
5th October 2020 Chamberlain Memorial Fountain at Paradise, looks stunning on a recent site inspection visit, it has been undergoing restoration as part of a separate package of works, it won’t be long until its restored back to its former glory.
Brent Cross Exploratory

P2 Building, Kings Cross
16th September 2020 It has been announced that the P2 Building at Kings Cross, that we are undertaking the external landscape for, has been shortlisted for the New London Awards 2020 in the Place in Progress category.
Brent Cross Exploratory is Open

Cadence, Kings Cross
24th July 2020 ALD are working with the Kings Cross Team to help realise the vision for the public realm of this magnificent building. ‘Cadence, the area’s latest residential launch, located just by Lewis Cubitt Park, has soaked up the industrial heritage of King’s Cross to create a new architecturally striking urban landmark.’
23rd July 2020 The sun is shining and Paradise Circus is open for business! Even is this strange COVID-19 world we are currently living in, its nice to see people out and about using the space.
Rubicon Court, Terraced Courtyard

Brent Cross Exploratory
26th June 2020 Work is gaining momentum for completion of the temporary park at the Brent Cross South Development. It is a pilot space for new design ideas in the wider development.
Trees at Brent Cross
26th June 2020 To ensure the trees establish successfully after such a hot and dry spring watering bags have been installed to all trees to allow the continual and slow release of water. This will along with occasional traditional watering will provide water direct to where the tree requires it.
Completion of Paradise
23rd June 2020 Phase one of Paradise Circus, Birmingham is nearing completion, with some parts already open to the general public. We hope you will agree its looking radiant in the sunshine, the contractors were busy trying to complete in one of the hottest weeks of 2020!
Construction In Lockdown
18th June 2020 Compton Quay, Wood Wharf, looking radiant in the June sunshine, with the contractors on site working hard towards completion and opening and adhering to all current COVID health and safety requirements.
Charter Street, Wood Wharf
18th June 2020 ALD were fortunate to be able to assist in laying out the street trees within the wider Wood Wharf Estate. For these trees at Charter Street and the other streets we assisted in the tree selection, tree pit design and coordination with other services / street furniture to help ensure they have the best chance of survival.

19th May 2020 Charlotte Harris has taken a lockdown tour of London's parks and green spaces to see some of the best performing plants for tricky garden situations.
