Warfield House Estate

Applied Landscape Design were appointed by Interiors with Art to provide landscape masterplanning and detailed design and estate management services for the extensive grounds of the Grade II listed Warfield House. As part of the works ALD have produced the design and planning documentation for two independent cottages within the estate, with construction to start shortly.

ALD is working closely with the architects, ecologists and heritage and planning consultant to deliver a high quality and dynamic design, which embraces the history of the estate, whilst seamlessly integrating the old with the new. The design and landscape management plan aims to secure the long term future of the estate, reinstating lost features and raising the standards of the estate for its high profile owner. The challenging estate is full of historic designations and locally enforced restrictions and ALD is providing a leading role in guiding the project team through the planning process.
