Land Allocation
ALD has played a vital role in several schemes to assist the client in gaining a change to or promotion of a particular type of land designation. Through site surveys, alternative site studies and LVIA’s we have able to guide the client team on the important landscape related topics.

The capacity to accommodate drawings listed 4 zones to help identify land with most capacity and least sensitivity and land with least capacity and most sensitivity.
The LVIA for the 25 hectare site was accompanied by an alternative sites study that reviewed landscape sensitivity and housing land allocation of 2 other sites comparable is size and nautre.
