Burnaston Cross

A landscape and visual impact assessment study, including computer generated ‘Zone of Visual Influence’ mapping and ground proofing, full coordination with the planning authority, responses to additional viewpoint requests and the preparation of viewpoint data sheets to help inform the process.  From survey and assessment stage a masterplan for the development was evolved for 6 large units and associated infrastructure, plus a significant area of water attenuation.
