    Providing the design part of the ‘Design and Build’ procurement package executed by Willerby Landscapes, we utilised our attention to detail and roof top landscape skills to prepare and coordinate detailed design proposals for the three roof terraces. The roof terraces have been so successful that one is now regularly rented out for functions and corporate events.

    Appointed to prepare a full landscape record of landscapes and habitats as part of a ‘world wide’ inventory for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we spent 9 months surveying and mapping landscapes on this Estate in Newchapel. In addition, research of the Estates History, combined with an understanding of the present, has led to the preparation of a 25year masterplan and landscape vision.

    We are responsible for the landscape architectural scope of services – from LVIA’s and Masterplanning through to detailed design, planning submission and construction phase administration on a number of large mixed use and predominantly industrial (B1 through B8 land use). Employing environmental and ecological principles, our proposals created robust and responsive landscape settings which reflect the local vernacular.
