Appointed to prepare construction level detailing, ALD have utilized stringent sustainability measures to create a robust ‘roof top’ series of terraces that are accessible to commercial and residential users of this land mark development.  Use of innovative ‘recycled’ timber finishes in an arrangement that works with ‘full unit sizes’ ensured minimal wastage which in turn reduces material lifting on and off the roof, and minimizes handling & cutting on site.  A palette of robust yet strongly coloured plant material will provide seasonal interest – with the London skyline forming the expansive backdrop to these useable ‘open spaces’.
